PITCHES
Booking conditions:
Pitches can be booked for a minimum of 7 nights in high season and 4 nights in medium and low season. Depending on availability, the minimum stay for reservations may vary.
During the high season, a minimum of two people per pitch will be charged. The pitch number will be assigned by the management based on availability.
Reserved pitches are available from 12 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 pm on departure’s day.
The reservation will be confirmed with the payment of the deposit equal to 30% of the total amount. Your entire stay has to be paid on the arrival day and the booked period must be paid completely, even in the case of late arrival or early departure. Under no circumstances is it possible to request refunds.
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival by written request, after this deadline the deposit will be fully retained. Cancellations are only possible on the initial booking, not on subsequent date changes.
Paying the deposit implies the acknowledgment and acceptance of these booking conditions.
Booking changes: reservations can be modified depending on availability up to 7 days before the arrival date.
ACCOMODATION
Booking conditions:
Accomodation can be booked for a minimum of 7 nights. Depending on availability, it is also possible to book for a minimum of 3 nights.
Accomodation are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on departure’s day.
The reservation will be confirmed with the payment of the deposit equal to 30% of the total amount. The booked stay must be paid on the day of arrival and must be paid in full, even in the case of late arrival or early departure. Under no circumstances is it possible to request refunds.
The cost of final cleaning is charged to the guest (see price list).
